Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Plain English: WiseTribes is an AI education company in Pune, India. These terms govern your use of wisetribes.in, our portals, and our learning programmes.
"WiseTribes", "we", "us", "our" refers to WiseTribes (a brand operating in India). Our registered contact: connect@wisetribes.in · WhatsApp +91 91750 66296.
2. Who can use the service
- Children in Class 5–10 (ages ~10–16) are the learners. Their accounts are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
- Anyone enrolling a child must be 18+ and the child's parent or legal guardian.
- Schools can partner via /schools.html; a separate partnership agreement applies.
3. Programme + content
Plain English: we deliver 144 sequenced classes across 3 age bands, with curriculum, video, slides, projects, and quizzes. Content is for the enrolled child's personal learning use only.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly broadcast our videos, slides, MCQ banks, or curriculum.
- Student work (projects, drawings, demos) created using third-party tools (e.g. Teachable Machine, ChatGPT) belongs to the student.
4. Payment, refunds, and renewals
- Trial pack (₹944): 4 trial classes. Non-refundable once first trial class is accessed.
- Full programme (₹6,000 / 3 months): billed every 3 months. Cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refund window: if you have not accessed any class content, full refund within 7 days of payment. Email connect@wisetribes.in to request.
- All payments are processed by Razorpay. We never store card details.
5. Live classes + recordings
- Live classes run on Tuesday + Friday, 6:00 PM IST. Meeting links are sent on WhatsApp before each class.
- If your child cannot attend live, they can watch the recording in their student portal within 7 days.
- We may pause or reschedule a class with at least 24 hours' notice.
6. Acceptable use
Students and parents agree not to:
- Share login credentials with anyone outside the family.
- Record, screen-capture, or redistribute live class sessions.
- Use the platform to harass, harm, or impersonate other students or staff.
Violations may result in account suspension without refund.
7. Privacy + child data
We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and treat parental consent as the basis for processing children's data. See our full Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
- WiseTribes does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, exam scores, or career results.
- Third-party tools used in lessons (ChatGPT, Teachable Machine, Scratch, Canva AI, etc.) are owned by their respective providers — we are not responsible for their availability or behaviour.
- The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond the amount you've paid us in the previous 3 months.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email and on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
10. Governing law + disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra first; mediation is encouraged before litigation.
